The client just got back to me in case I thought we should deliver the first Norwegian part again with updates before delivering the whole translation and said: No need to send updated test text for Norwegian as the style is perfect.
So well done for impressing them like this!! As I said before, we hardly ever get any comments from them regarding translation quality, so they are definitely impressed with your work!!

Yes, they were really happy with your translation. They even said on the phone that they were more pleased with yours than with the best ones in other languages! They said you must really know what you're doing.

Hi Ingvild,
No feedback from the client yet, but I thought you'd like to know this compliment - as part of our ISO procedures we now have to get all test pieces proofread by another translator before we send them back to the client, and the proofreader said your translation is excellent, he's not corrected or changed anything, and he said it read 'beautifully'. (He actually said that unless we have to send the client 2 alternative test pieces, there is no point sending the one from the other translator because yours is so much better!) :)
